Geomarketing in influence areas

Making branches work efficiently

A leading Spanish bank commissioned our division of Analysis Solutions to create the influence areas of each of all their branches nationwide. These maps allow our client to fine-tuningly identify the single areas to cover in order to deploy the different activities, both strategic and tactic, with the utmost level of accuracy and effectiveness.

This project was handled by our geomarketing specialists since positioning of spots and distribution of territory is needed, according to the criteria supplied by the client. For that purpose, we utilize GIS software (Global Information System).

The influence areas may have various shapes according to the number of branches in the town, its size, etc. Moreover, we take into account the natural barriers (rivers, big avenues, railways, etc) in order to build the areas as close to reality as possible.

These areas are broken down as thoroughly as possible i.e. street stretch so the level of detail is up to 620,000 units nationwide. Next, we analyze each influence area and extract a number of prospects from our lists, both consumers and companies, to whom each branch addresses their marketing campaigns.
