Galeria Inno and WDM Belgium create a solid partnership for the optimal management of client information

Close to half a million Belgians already have a Galeria Inno Advantage card. WDM Belgium, the direct marketing and database management specialist, is participating in the implementation of Galeria Inno’s direct marketing strategy.

Customer Relationship Management
Today, 425,000 Galeria Inno Advantage cards are already in circulation and this number is growing by 2,500 cards per week, on average. WDM Belgium is responsible for the management of Galeria Inno’s cards with a view to implementing an efficient CRM policy, in concert with the latter’s marketing and IT units.

Galeria Inno is the only department store in the country and is focused mainly on clothing for Women, Men and Children, fashion accessories, lingerie, perfumes & cosmetics, jewellery and timepieces, household linen and table settings.
